As there are growing concerns of forest resources diminishing, PT. Mustika Bahana Jaya believes that business sustainability is an important aspect to long term business and ethical conduct. Thus, our business conduct of over two decades maintains a strong commitment towards having a sustainability and reliable resource.

Our wood material species of Rubberwood, Pinewood, and Albasia Falcata are considered ‘Environmental Friendly’ plantation hardwood, due to logging the source from renewable. For every logs we bring in, we plant back seed for growth to maintain the habit of the environment. This is done in rotation over few plots of land to create a continous cycle of renewable source.

As we always say, employees are the heart of every company! Treating them fairly and ensuring proper welfare is vital for business sucess,. With nearly over a  1,000 worker under our roof, PT MBJ management is fully aware of the importance of good relationship with the community and surrounding of the company.

We take care of our employees by providing health services and check up, charity programs to worker family and neighbourhood who require assitance, giving scholarship and provide house renovation program.
